In Rizal, the Mayor's permit comes from each city or municipality's Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO).
Antipolo's new and renewal applications went fully online in 2026 through its e-BOSS, with assisted online applications by appointment. Cainta's Business Permit Portal, linked from the municipality's website, takes uploads and online payment. Taytay's BPLO is on the ground floor of the Municipal Hall and accepts walk-ins as well as its online services.
In Angono the BPLO routes your application to the offices that assess it, prepares a statement of account, and releases the permit once you've paid at the Treasury.
