FAQ

SME financing questions

How our financing options work, and how to choose.

What kinds of financing do you offer?

6 kinds: purchase order (PO) financing, invoice factoring, check rediscounting, revolving credit lines, collateral-based financing and business loans. You apply for all of them with the same single application and the same 3 things. You don't need to get the product exactly right: pick the closest one in "What kind of financing do you need?" on the form, tell us what the money is for, and we'll match you to the best fit. For some types, we may ask to see the checks, purchase order, invoices or collateral papers during review. Compare them on our financing options page.

What is the difference between PO financing and invoice factoring?

Timing. PO financing helps before you deliver: it funds the goods for a confirmed customer order. Invoice factoring helps after you deliver: it turns invoices you've already issued into cash instead of waiting for your customer to pay.

What is check rediscounting?

If your customers pay you with post-dated checks (PDCs), check rediscounting turns those checks into cash now, instead of waiting for them to clear. We may ask to see the checks during review.

Can I use collateral to get a higher credit line?

Yes. Collateral isn't required to apply, but if you have an asset you'd like to pledge, it can support a higher credit line. Mention it in your application or tell your credit officer, and we'll explain what we need to see. What we can offer still depends on our review of your business. See collateral-based financing.

How much can I borrow, and for how long?

Financing ranges from ₱30,000 to ₱10,000,000, with terms of 3 to 12 months. We're built for established businesses (typically ₱6M+ in annual sales). How much we can offer depends on our review of your business, including your bank statements and what the money is for.

What interest rate will I pay?

The interest rate and all charges on your loan are disclosed to you in full before you sign, so you can decide with all the numbers in front of you.
