What is a working capital business loan?

A business loan is a lump sum you use for whatever keeps the business moving: inventory, equipment, payroll or your peak season. Financing ranges from ₱30,000 to ₱10,000,000, and you repay over a term of 3 to 12 months.

Tell us whether you'd prefer to repay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, so the schedule fits how your business earns.

FAQ

Business loans questions

Straight answers about business loans and applying with Datung.

What can I use a business loan for?

Working capital for the business: inventory, equipment, payroll or your peak season. Tell us what the money is for in your application.

How much can I borrow, and for how long?

Financing ranges from ₱30,000 to ₱10,000,000, with terms of 3 to 12 months. We're built for established businesses (typically ₱6M+ in annual sales). How much we can offer depends on our review of your business, including your bank statements and what the money is for.

How do I repay?

Tell us whether you'd prefer to repay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Your repayment schedule is set out in your loan documents, so you know what's due and when before you sign.

What documents do I need?

Just 3 things: the application form, typed online in about 10 minutes with nothing to print (we generate the Loan Application Form from your answers), 1 valid government ID, and your latest 3 months of bank statements. Everything else, such as a business permit, proof of billing, financial statements or an ITR, is optional. Add it now if you have it, or later if we ask. See the full business loan requirements.

Will I be approved?

We can't promise that, and we don't promise the highest approval rate. What we aim for is a fast, clear decision, because business is hard and opportunities don't wait. Every application is reviewed by a credit officer, and if it's a no, we tell you right away.

What interest rate will I pay?

The interest rate and all charges on your loan are disclosed to you in full before you sign, so you can decide with all the numbers in front of you.
