The program
What is a Community Hero?
A Community Hero is a Datung-accredited referral partner. You introduce business owners in your community to Datung, help them understand the 3 requirements, and check in so they finish their application.
Datung makes every decision. Community Heroes never approve loans, handle payments or collect anyone's documents.
The 3 requirements
Every applicant you refer needs only:
- The online application form, which takes about 10 minutes
- 1 valid government ID
- Their latest 3 months of bank statements
Applicants fill in the form and upload their documents themselves, on their own phone or computer.

Earn on every released loan
Earn a commission on every loan you refer that Datung approves and releases. Your commission is tiered and set out in your Community Hero agreement.
Paid 5 days after release
Your commission is paid 5 days after the loan is released, by GCash, bank deposit or cheque.
Your own link and dashboard
Share your personal referral link to Viber, Messenger, WhatsApp or SMS, and see your applicants' progress on your dashboard.
Free training and accreditation
We walk you through the requirements, the application process and the do's and don'ts before you start.

Quick Refer is open to anyone. Refer a business owner and earn a one-time 1.5% of the loan amount if it's approved and released.

Share your link with business owners you know, check in so they finish, and earn when their loan is released.
Who can join
Is this for you?
- 18 years old or older
- Based in the Philippines
- You know business owners: maybe you own a business, or know them through family and friends, your barangay or market, an association, or work
- Selling experience helps, but it isn't required
Our rules
Rules that build trust
- Never ask applicants for fees or any money.
- Never promise approval. Only Datung decides.
- Never collect IDs or bank statements yourself. Applicants upload their own.
- Keep applicant information confidential, and use it only to help with their Datung application.
Datung will never ask you to pay to become a Community Hero.
